Ogrix is a Toronto-based creative company offering design, branding, and premium print services. We are hiring a full-time Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support our business operations and client services.
This is a permanent role with hourly pay between $26–28/hr, starting as soon as possible.
What You’ll Do:
· Assist with client inquiries, order tracking, and scheduling
· Help prepare and post promotional content
· Coordinate with designers and vendors on active projects
· Keep digital documents and internal systems organized
· Communicate with both local and international clients (including Persian-speaking customers)
· Coordinate with international suppliers (e.g., China) in English and support multilingual follow-ups
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, or a similar field
· 2+ years of experience in a relevant role
· Strong communication skills
· Organized and comfortable using basic office software
· Interest in marketing, branding, or creative work
· Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (Farsi, French) are a major plus
